The maximum gross weight for UAS in the small category ranges from 2 kg to 25 kg. This course is an intensive 5-day, scenario-based, hands-on flight training program designed to enhance pilot skills and prepare students to operate small UAS under various conditions. Throughout the course, students will become familiar with the necessary equipment, tools, and procedures, ensuring their UAS training in the small category aligns with the mission objectives.
